For this extensive multifamily housing architectural project, AXIS/GFA Architecture + Design oversaw the architectural addition of new roof forms, exterior deck enclosures, railings, windows, decorative cornices, and trim elements. Interior architectural renovations to this multifamily housing property include all building lobbies and corridors, new kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, flooring, and paint throughout. Washer/dryer closets have been added to approximately 2/3 of the units. The three tone sophisticated color scheme reflects Alameda’s historic nautical past.
