Scope: Exterior and interior repositioning. Design incorporates new roof forms, exterior deck enclosures, railings, windows, decorative cornices and trim elements. Interiors include all building lobbies and corridors, new kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, flooring and paint throughout. Washer/dryer closets have been added to approximately 2/3 of the units. The three tone sophisticated color scheme reflects Alameda’s historic nautical past.
