Client: Marriott Vacation Club
Scope: Shawn Alexander led the design, documentation and execution of the initial resort build-out including guest villas, main reception building, sales office, golf clubhouse, golf facilities and resort maintence building, and amenity areas.
Scale: Phased master plan calling for approximately 24 buildings with 16 two-bedroom units each.
