Scope: AXIS master planned the resort expansion of 50 villas on a 40 acre wooded hillside site overlooking Carmel Valley with strict environmental guidelines. Restrictions included sensitive grading to avoid excessive slopes for roads and building pads, with no removal of heritage oaks.
