Scope: Shawn Alexander led the design, documentation and execution of the initial resort build-out including guest villas, main reception building, sales office, fitness center, pool and amenity areas.
Scale: Phased master plan calling for approximately 39 buildings with with a total of 703 two-bedroom units each.
