Scope: Reflag an existing Holiday Inn into a Holiday Inn Express. Extensive renovation includes new porte cochere, new two-story lobby entrance, redesigned great room and dining room. Project was completed in four months while keeping the hotel open throughout.
Scale: 160 guest rooms, 10,000 sf of public areas
